ProofPack is an independent evidence-documentation tool. It does not process payments, arrange shipping, or replace the marketplace where an item is actually bought or sold.
What ProofPack provides
ProofPack lets a seller document an item's condition, accessories, defects, serial number and functionality, and lets a buyer review that record and link themselves to the transaction.
What ProofPack does not provide
ProofPack does not verify legal ownership, authenticate products, guarantee future functionality, process payments, arrange shipping, or resolve marketplace disputes.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and media you submit, and for having the right to publish images of the product you are documenting.
Limitations
ProofPack documents submitted and captured evidence. It does not certify ownership, authenticity, legality of the sale, future functionality, or the outcome of a marketplace dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
